How Pharmacy KPI Dashboard works.
Turn daily pharmacy activity into clear, measurable performance — in five minutes at the end of each working day.
01
Daily submission
At the end of each working day, a team member opens the submission form and enters the day’s figures — grouped by dispensing, Pharmacy First, NHS clinical services, private services and sales. Yesterday’s figures and today’s targets sit alongside each field.
02
Target setting
Managers set targets per KPI and per weekday — a Saturday half-day can carry lower targets than a Monday. Groups can set different targets per branch, and adjust them per reporting period.
03
Dashboard reporting
The dashboard shows daily, weekly and monthly views with target achievement summaries, trend charts against target lines, category performance and alerts for missed targets or missing submissions.
04
Report generation
Daily, weekly, monthly and branch-comparison reports are generated automatically from submitted figures — viewable online, printable, and exportable as PDF or CSV.
05
Multi-branch reporting
Owners and operations managers see all branches side by side with consistent KPI definitions, group-level totals, and best- and lowest-performing branch indicators.
06
User permissions
Role-based accounts: owners see everything, managers run their branch, data-entry users submit figures, and read-only users view reports. Every submission and edit is recorded in the audit history.
What we do and don’t collect. The platform stores aggregated daily KPI figures, targets, notes and an audit history of who submitted or edited figures. It does not collect, store or require patient-identifiable information, and it does not connect to your PMR in this version.
